What we collect

We collect the email addresses of people who write to us, what you choose to send us through the contact form or the mailing list signup, and email addresses given to us at our lots and farms.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people find a lot, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel and the Google Ads tag to measure the ads we run. These services set cookies in your browser and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and the links you tap. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Beyond these tools we do not work with ad servers.

We also use PostHog to count visits anonymously: which pages are viewed, roughly how long people stay, and taps on Call and Directions. PostHog runs without cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It does not build a profile of you, does not record your screen, and does not receive your name, email or phone number.

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message comes from a person and not a spam program. To do that, Cloudflare looks at information about your browser and device while you are on the contact page. It does not track you across other sites.

How we use it

Information we collect is used to contact customers about our lots, farms, products and events. It is disclosed when legally required, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, to protect against misuse of our website, or to a successor entity in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or other corporate change.

If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings from us about new products, services, or upcoming events, and your information may be shared with other reputable companies. You can have your name placed on our do-not-share list, or opt out of mailings and email entirely, at any time by phone, email, or mail using the contact information above. Please include your exact name and address so we can find and remove your record. If you supply a phone number online, we will only use it to contact you about orders you placed online.

Policy changes

From time to time we may use customer information for new, unanticipated purposes not previously disclosed in this notice. If our practices change, we will post the updated policy here and apply it only to information collected from the time of the change forward. Check back periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.

Access and corrections

On request we will describe the information we keep about you, and correct inaccuracies in contact information or messages you have sent us.
